ALL STUDENT ATHLETES MUST SUBMIT A CURRENT PHYSICAL AND REGISTER ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY 2023/2024 WORKOUTS AND SPORTS

A hard copy of the VHSL Physical form must be turned in to the Athletic Department at Dominion HS before a student can participate in any out-of-season workouts, tryouts or practices.

Click the icon below to register online for all of our athletic programs. PLEASE USE YOUR NAME EXACTLY AS LISTED IN PHOENIX (ANY DOUBLE LAST NAMES, HYPHENS, ETC.) Any questions with the registration, DO NOT create a new account. Please speak to the Athletic Dept. for help.

All required forms (other than the VHSL physical form) must be submitted electronically.  Please note that LCPS now requires all athletes to view a  few brief videos on Sudden Cardiac Arrest as part of the registration process.  This is in response to new state law requirements, and to better inform student athletes and parents of potential risks in sports participation. Details on how to view these videos is in the "Forms" section of the online registration process.  

Please note that LCPS has removed the $75 PARTICIPATION FEE starting in SY 23-24.  

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must also have a current* VHSL physical examination on file in the athletic department before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts, or out-of-season workouts. To ensure clearance for participation, a HARD COPY of the student's physical should be completed and turned in to either the Athletic Admin Assistant, Churchill Clendenin, in the DHS main office, or to Anne Gasser, Assistant AD, in the athletic office. Students are strongly encouraged to turn in their physicals as early as possible, but they must be turned in no later than 5 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. 

*Physicals are valid from May 1 of the current year until June 30th of the succeeding year. For example, for the 23-24 school year, we will only accept physicals dated May 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
